Thank you for expressing interest in becoming a sponsor or contributor. Mission-Chiropractic, With your help Mission-Chiropractic will be responsible for delivering drug free health care to millions of people. Mission-Chiropractic will also be responsible for helping rescue orphans in third world countries. These are disabled children who have been left homeless by their parents as a result of insufficient funds to raise them. is a society stricken with extreme poverty. Our Goal is to reach out to Third World countries and Give for the Sake of giving through the hands of chiropractic.

Mission-Chiropractic is currently raising funds to help a orphanage in Trinidad and a school in Haiti.  Our primary and urgent goal at this time is to raise $15,000 which is the projected amount to construct a new buiding for the orphanage. All proceeds of your donation will go to the construction of the buiding. Our secondary goal at this time is to raise yearly donations that will fund our the grade school in Haiti.  Thank you for your continued support of our profession and humanity.

Sponsorship Levels

1)    Charter Member: ($100) This level is just as special and necessary the rest and represents the majority of our funds. Any amount you donate can help. We will list all contributors on our website and newsletter and will grant all donors discounts on future events and products.

2)    Bronze Sponsorship ($500): Become part of our family as a Bronze level donor and enjoy being listed as such under our Charter Members page.

3)    Silver ($1,000): Become part of our family as a Silver level donor and enjoy being listed as such under our Charter Members page with a link to your website. As a Silver level donor you will also get our full endorsement and have your marketing material placed in all mission attendees welcome packets.

4)    Gold ($2,500): As a Gold level donor you will receive all benefits as Silver level and we are happy to have our web team create a quarter page advertisements shared with other Gold sponsors linked when clicking on �gmeet our sponsors�h on home page. Your company logo on all mission T-Shirts, and letterhead, through the sponsored year. Company logo displayed on video at beginning and end with sponsor level mention. As a Gold level donor you will also get our full endorsement and have your marketing material placed in all mission attendees welcome packets.

5)    Platinum Sponsorship ($4,000): As a Platinum sponsor we are happy to have our web team create your own full page advertisement on our website site advertising your company/service. Your company logo on all mission T-Shirts, letterhead, and emails through the sponsored year. A 30 second public service infomercial (supplied by you) on intro to videos shown throughout the year. Rights to show video teaser and full 10 minute mission video on your website and during seminars. As a Platinum sponsor you will have the opportunity to have one of the three co-founders speak and present �gGive & Receive�h lecture at one annual event with full endorsement to your company and services. Marketing materials placed in all welcome packets for mission attendees throughout sponsored year.
